We want you to feel confident while shopping with UniqueX.
That’s why we provide a simple, hassle-free exchange process — while still protecting the exclusivity of every drop.

🔁 When Exchange Is Allowed

We do not restock or remake products. Exchanges are only possible if:
• The required size/product is still available in our inventory
• The request is raised within 3 calendar days of delivery

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

2. Provide:
• Your order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the product
3. The product must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In its original packaging with all original tags intact

Exchange Charges
• Delivery/shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer (both pickup & reshipment).
• Exchange will be processed only once per order.

Important Note
• If the required product/size is out of stock or sold out, exchange will not be possible.
• No refunds or credit notes will be issued in such cases.

At UniqueX, every product is released as part of a limited-edition drop.
We do not mass-produce. We do not restock.

Because of this, we have a strict no-return & no-refund policy.

This means:
• ❌ No return for change of mind
• ❌ No return for size mismatch (unless exchange requested within policy timeline)
• ❌ No return for personal preference
• ❌ No return for minor color variations (due to lighting or display differences)

We request our community to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and drop details before placing an order. Once confirmed, your order becomes part of our limited inventory and cannot be reversed.

Any attempt to:
• Falsely claim damage
• Tamper with the product
• Misuse the exchange system
