At UniqueX, every drop is exclusive — and so is how we ship it to you.
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re committed to delivering it safely, securely, and on time. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works at UniqueX.

1. ⏳ Order Processing & Dispatch
• All products are part of limited-edition drops — shipping timelines may vary based on the drop.
• Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
• Orders are processed within 2 business days
• Orders from pre-book or early access drops may take 5–10 business days depending on stock movement
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. 🚛 Estimated Delivery Time
We ship PAN India using trusted courier partners. After dispatch:

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities 5–7 business days
Remote/Outstation Areas 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, national holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays — which are beyond our control.

3. 📍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped:
• You’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS
• You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website using that ID
If you don’t receive your tracking info within 7 days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.

4. 🚫 Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
…we’ll attempt to reach out to you. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges, and repeated issues may result in cancellation without refund (as per our return policy).

5. 📦 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. 🛠️ Damaged Packages
If your order arrives in damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery without checking the contents.
In case of product damage or tampering:
• Take photos of the parcel immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at uniquex.fashion@gmail.com or DM @uniquex.in
We’ll guide you through the exchange process (if eligible, as per our return/exchange policy).
